Photography by Dana Rogers In summer of 2013, Andy McDonald, Scott Horn & Nicole Sand from A&S Hive, taught visiting Chinese high school students how to create 3D prints using the Makerbot. This class was a small part of the students larger visit hosted by the Confucius Institute at UK. The students kept busy with a full schedule of challenging and interesting courses on campus, as well as opportunities to explore Lexington, the Commonwealth and as much American culture as they could jam into two weeks!
