UK celebrates International Education Week Nov. 12-18.

The University of Kentucky will host a discussion with the internationally renowned New York Times film critic A.O. Scott this week.

UK Special Collections will unveil the papers of beloved Appalachian author Harriette Simpson Arnow. In celebration of the collection, UK Libraries will host an exhibition and symposium on Arnow's work on Nov. 17.

The University of Kentucky was recognized by the Chronicle of Higher Education this week as a top producer of U.S. Fulbright Scholars for 2011-12 academic year, with five recipients as of Oct. 7.
